Just today at school it was pet day for naomi and she made a picture of a dog (Hillary) and
a cat...she said "when Hillary passes away I want a cat like this!" Nice,
poor hills, she doesn't even have one foot in the grave! School is going
well for Naomi, she is getting better at the drop off, and seems to be
having a lot of fun.

Paige is Walking!
Paige has been practicing for a while now, but has decided to walk! She is fourteen and a half months, and so proud of herself!! She is still crawling more than walking, but it won't be long! She is dying to keep up with Naomi and her friend Sean!

Paige at 14 months
Paige is really blossoming and showing us her personality! She is very proud of herself and will stand up in the middle of the room to get attention, and clap to congratulate herself! She has taken a tiny half step, but not ready to walk unassisted. She likes to walk and hold onto one hand. Paige's favorite game is "peek-a-boo" she covers her eyes with her hands and surprises us! she eats almost everything, but reacts to dairy foods, but likes the soy just as well! She points at everything, birds, trucks, clouds, people..and exclaims "Ahhh cowwbya" not sure what that means yet...she has gotten the hang of "mamma!" :-)
First Day of Preschool
Naomi started preschool and was very excited about it. The timing was perfect, since all her little friends at daycare have started Kindergarten and preschool. We got all geared up and bought a new backpack and shoes. Barry practiced meeting new friends with Naomi, role playing! Barry Paige and I dropped her off, she was very happy to be there and finally meet her teachers, we had been talking about them for a long time. When it was time for me to say goodbye Naomi was a little sad and didn't really want to be left, but Teacher Teresa took her under her wing and they waved me and Paige off, and she had a great day! Naomi made a teddy bear collage, played in the sand and water and made 2 paintings. I think she will have a great time there! She has been talking a lot about Ori one of the boys in her class!
